岗位职责：

·         负责公司的薪酬福利相关工作，如考勤制作核对、薪资制作、薪酬核算和发放；

·         提交薪资相关的报表，如财务薪资breakdown表；

·         负责员工招退工、社保、公积金及个税申报；

·         员工专项扣除定期维护更新；

·         负责派遣人员每月五险一金费用申请及管理；

·         定期与外服沟通，及时请款外服五险一金及薪资相关费用；

·         完成领导交办的其他人事相关工作；

·         配合领导完成其他临时性工作任务。

任职要求：

·         学士及以上学历；

·         2年薪酬福利模块工作经验；

·         熟悉国家及当地劳动法规，熟悉员工社保公积金缴纳和个税申报；

·         有在人事外包公司做过薪酬福利模块的优先考虑；

·         熟悉使用微软办公软件（Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint）；

·         做事仔细、耐心、对数据有一定敏感度；

·         良好的英语书写和口语能力。
