岗位职责：
1、全面负责工厂运营管理（包括生产，供应链，成本，质量等）工作，对公司经营目标完成情况负责。 
2、负责组织制定公司的管理方针、目标和指标，负责制定公司愿景、使命和价值观。 
3、合理设置公司的组织架构，任命中层及以上的管理人员。 
4、负责主持公司每年度的管理评审工作。 
5、负责公司各类文件及各类工作计划的审批。 
6、负责公司经营战略管理、督促业务部严格实施。 
7、负责定期如集主持公司例会，协调解决各部门动作过程中存在的问题。 
8、负责审批公司资金的使用。 
9、依据公司的管理手册、程序文件、管理制度，严格治理公司，对重大决策事项作最终的决定权。 
10、负责确定新产品开发项目，组织对新产品开发方案的评审以及新产品设计验证工作。 

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、自动化等相关专业优先考虑。

2、10年以上制造业工厂管理经验，其中3年以上工厂整体运营管理经验。
3、具备较强的生产运营、质量管理等方面知识。
4、具有很强的领导能力，计划于组织能力。
