Job Profile – Personnel Administration Senior Specialist
Mission
By providing professional and customer-oriented services and by continuously improve our Shared Services HR initiative, strengthen our Vision, Business Idea, and HR Idea to make The company Organisation the Best Employer in China.
Main Responsibilities
Payroll Data Maintenance
? Ensure the timely and effectiveness of monthly payroll operation
? Independently communicate with Business Unit HR for payroll related events and issues
? Communicate with local vendor for necessary information exchange
? Generate standard reports for internal and external use
Personnel Administration
? Keep payroll-and-relative data accurate in SAP system
? Set day-to-day objectives for Personnel Administration team and supervise junior co-workers
? Respond to queries from co-workers and pro-actively identify and develop solutions to solve systematic issues
? Update or modify working methods for Personnel Administration function
? Support and partly lead the expansion of the current Personnel Administration function to service additional countries
What we want
Knowledge & Skill
? University background with Bachelor degree
? Minimum 4 years relevant experience preferably in MNC environment
? Very good Japanese, written and oral, good English
? Good knowledge of office software esp. excel
? Very good communication skills
? Good coordination and documentation skills
? Knowledge or experience of Japan payroll operation (SAP system background is preferred)
? Experience from working in or with other countries and cultures is beneficial
Ability & Behaviour
? The ability to meet deadlines under pressure and be service and customer oriented in all situations
? Ability to work and cooperate across cultures
? Structured way of working
? Attention to details but also the ability to see the overall picture
? Fast learner and willingness to share learnings with others
? Self-motivated, positive and responsible team player
