Recruiting for D+M Holdings Inc.Japan
Key Areas of Responsibilities
1. Lead a team at ODM site for MP finish products outgoing inspection and buy-off.
2. Support and conduct new models evaluation during LPP/MP 1st lot for Japan QA.
3. Conduct and lead quality review meeting with ODMs to improve line and field fall-off-rate.
4. Perform factory process audit for verification and validation based on approved SOP.
5. Support new vendor start-up program.
Job Specifications
Academic / Professional Qualification: Possess an Electrical/Electronic Degree or Electro-Mechanical Degree.
Working Experience:
1. Experience in PE/QA/Production working knowledge.
2. At least 10 years working in audio/video manufacturing facility environment (preferably in MNC).
Expertise / Skills:
1. Good knowledge in SPC and qualified ISO9002/14000 auditor.
2. Good troubleshooting and analyzing skill in process related issues.
3. Preferably a qualified green/black belt.
Language skills: Must be able to speak and write fluent English.
Personal Attributes:
1. Can work independently and proactive with minimum supervision.
2. Good team player and able to communicate/interact with all levels.
Remarks: Possess valid driving license with own car and willing to travel within Guangdong area.
