Business Line Head Opportunity 2 Cash (O2C):
GBS O2C will go live on Apr. 1, 2019 providing transactional and digital Opportunity-to-Cash Services across different businesses with a workforce of about 750 employees in 13 Centers globally. The China Center currently consists of 23 O2C employees offering a very limited scope out of the worldwide available portfolio. Main task of the Business Line head will be to grow the local business and increase portfolio coverage. The global service portfolio includes:
Opportunity 2 Order (Quotation, Offer, Contract Mgmt.) Sales Desk Services
Pre-Sales / Lead Mgmt Support ,Offer & Quoatiation Management ,Contract Management
Order 2 Invoice(Order Management& Logistics)
Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Creation, GR Booking / InvoiceClarification, Logistics & Delivery Processing, Customer Invoicing , Return Processing
Invoice 2 Cash (Cash Collection & Account Receivables)
Credit Risk Mngmt , Monitor / Release Blocked Sales Orders, Cash Collection, Dunning Process, Legal Collection Support, Cash Allocation, Payment Clarification, Receivables Administration
After Sales Services
Warranty/Guarantee-, Spare Part-, Installed Bases Management, Customer Services / Integrated Services, Service Delivery Support & Dispatching, Service Contract Management
Process Optimization, Digitalisation and Analytics
The Business line head will be part of the global O2C network as well as part of the GBS Center China management team
Job responsibilities:
Service Delivery Management
• Local Service Delivery Responsibility
• Local Business Line Performance Management measured by common KPIs (cost/charges, savings, employee engagement, employer attractiveness) and Business Line specific KPIs
• Drive local continuous improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) and quality assurance (9ME) as well as benchmarking
CRM
• Regional Customer Demand Mgt. in alignment with global BLs and local Center head, including local portfolio adjustment
• Acquisition of new portfolio elements and overall growth of the business line
People Excellence
• Leadership& People Development incl.Training and managing attrition
• Target setting & performance feedback
• Staffing
Budget / Financial responsibility
• Local Management of Business Line Budget and financial performance
Local responsibilities
• Local labor law related topics
• Local EHS and security topics
• Responsibility for local compliance issues
• Local governance execution
• Implementing Siemens Regulations
