职位描述
Job Description:
?Lead & manage the quality sub-department of the company
?Implement and enhance the SQA standards, policies and documentation procedures
?Monitor the implementation of the quality management plans
?Communicate and develop the quality levels with the supply base ensuring consistent and high quality standards
?Conduct defect analysis, investigate quality issues, execute corrective and preventive actions
?To perform external auditing on suppliers & sub-contractors standards for compliance with the company standards for quality
?Generate comprehensive quality plan for new product introduction from conceptual stage to finished product
?Work closely with R&D and Procurement Department to fulfill customers’ quality requirement

Job Requirement:
?Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering or related subject;
?10+ years professional experiences in product manufacturing; relevant experiences in office products;
?Familiar with ISO 9001, RoHS, APQP, PPAP, 8D, Control Plan or Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage;
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in English and Mandarin;
?Experience working with global teams and participate in conference calls with the Global team;
?Work independently and under pressure with sense of urgency;
?Good team player, high level of flexibility;
?Travelling is required.
