Daily process purchase and import works, coordinate with factories and other vendors, and support the work of Sales and Service. 完成采购以及进口工作，协调工厂及其他供应商，保证运营部工作良性运转

1. Logistics Management： a) Coordinate with transportation agent, sales team, and distributors to have best transportation arrangement; 协调运输公司、销售部门、代理商等相关人员安排销售运输事宜; b) Transportation agent management, expenses review, proper documentation, and safe pass related invoices and timely accounting to finance team ; 管理运输公司、分析和管理运输环节发生的各项费用、运输相关资料的整理、及安全及时地把发票、运输费用清单等凭证交给财务部门; c) Responsible for any other transportation related works when necessary, such trade show and warehouse transit. 负责完成其他进口相关工作，例如展会、移库;

2. Import Management： a) Prepare Import documents (contracts, packing list etc.) and liaise with group manufacturer for import issues; 准备进口材料、联络总部、工厂等相关人员安排进口事宜; b) Import agent management, import expenses review, proper documentation, and safe pass related invoices, customs declare documents etc. to finance team ; 管理报关代理公司、进口分析和管理进口环节发生的各项费用、进口相关资料的整理、及安全及时地把发票、报关单等重要凭证交给财务部门; c) Liaise with Custom in charge and other related authorities; 联络和协调海关、商检等相关主管机关; d) Responsible for any other import related works when necessary, such as Commodities Inspections. 负责完成其他进口相关工作，例如商检;

3. Daily communication and support with other department (Sales, Service, Finance) 与其他部门的日常沟通并提供相关支持（销售，服务，财务）

4. Prepare relevant reports periodically according to the request 按要求定期提供相关报告

5. Enhance the standard operation procedure and improve efficiency;加强标准操作流程，并且提高效率

6. Complete all other tasks assigned by Finance Controller. 完成财务总监指定的其他工作
