岗位职责：
1.熟悉公司全面资金预算的有关流程及编制要点，制定年度资金计划；
2.建立健全资金预算管理体系，监督和管理公司资金预算业务和账户管理及规范；
3实时掌握企业资金状况，并从盈利能力、偿债能力、变现能力、运营效率等各个角度对企业资金状况进行分析，以协助管理层制定本企业中长期发展规划；
4.各大银行关系的维护；
5.上级安排的其他事项。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，财务或会计等相关专业，具会计从业资格、CPA、中级以上职称优先；
2.具有3-5年资金预算管理工作经验，四大经验优先；
3.具备精算领域的学习背景，对资金业务有较强的预测能力，资金风险控制能力、数据分析能力；
4.具有良好的职业操守，为人正直坦诚，责任心强，进取心强。
