Job Description:
· Managing project activities for the Structural design and development of new packaging and packaging concepts, and for the design/ownership of released package configurations and die lines for all products. Testing and Evaluation of Primary and Secondary Packaging, auditing, compiling and presenting data on existing and alternate packaging suppliers, materials and processes while co-coordinating suppliers between plants.

Job Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering/Technology, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with packaging engineering knowledge.
· 5 - 7 years experience in developing structural designs and artwork for consumer packaging and project management.
· A broad understanding of packaging costs and design issues.
· Strong knowledge of packaging engineering; clamshell design, printing methods, injection molding, thermo forming, corrugated, paperboard, cartons, films, laminates and testing.
· Experience in an internal packaging or graphic design studio, advertising agency, corporate environment or consumer products manufacturing position.
· Must have project management, organizational, cross-functional team and communication skills
· Ability to organize, manage time and work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
· Able to work independently with strong problem solving skills
· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels both internally and externally
· Honesty and integrity and be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
· Energetic, self-starter and team player with the ability to think conceptually, flexibly and strategically
· Self-initiative, aggressive and enthusiastic personality and able to handle people of different cultures
· Fluent written and spoken English and Putonghua
· Computer literate in CAPE or Tops, Photoshop, FTP skills is a must, SolidWorks software is a plus
