Responsibilities:
-Centralize the responsibility for the production allocations for XTP products lines; coordinate with CMs and product managers.
-Interface with production, planner, logistic, purchaser for AP and with counterpart of EMEIA, NA to optimize the inventory and production planning.
-Coordinate with Customers service for the sales issue, monitor sales forecast, demand, supply closely.
-Handling the order processing for the small/Transactional/Internet customers, act like sales desk (In line with the current customers' segmentation practice)
-Coordinate with SMs, Financial depart, Credit control for the Account receivables and delivery.
-Help SMs to phone contact with customers regarding to logistic, payment, delivery, and after service and pass the information to the sales team.
-Coordinate for marketing implementation action (products promotion campaign, exhibition, information to customers)
-Analyze the current order pattern of existing customers and alert relevant parties, in order to enhance the follow up of customer's portfolio.
-Follow up the sample test status and improve the customers development progress.
-Join the S&OP team and coordinate actions to ensure proper follow up.
-Support for the 30 members for XTP APAC sales team.
-Able to free up 15% time of CMs, Product Managers, BM and enable them to be more focusing on sales & Marketing.
-Leading by dept. manger, be the first responsible person in terms of safety and heath at individual position.
-Strictly follow National HSE law, policy and rules, as well as AN and TANP safety requirements.
-Strictly follow HSE policies, and labor discipline.
-Take up safety training, get qualification, start work after getting certificate of certain position.
-Participate safety study with the department and team. Report any safety hidden trouble once found.
-Strictly follow local HSE policy & rules when do business travel and customer visit

Requirements:
？University grade, major in chemical, master degree is a plus
？Strong analytical skill.
？Good command of English. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills related particularly to customer interaction and ability to communicate with XTP team outsides China.
？Strong computer skills with ability to use spreadsheet, database, presentation, and word processing software
