Responsibilities:
· In line with Corporate and BU/sBU HR strategy and initiatives, to make and implement local HR strategies to support the business strategies in China PC business.
· To establish, maintain and continuously improve the HR Management system internally including HRM policies, processes and practices,
· Oversee and ensure the effective and efficient implementation of all general HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management & appraisal, training and development, leadership talent review, employee engagement and employee relationships.
· Provide professional human resources advisory and consultation for line managers and staff on human resources practices within local labor law and regulations
· Work closely with functional line managers to recruit competent performers at all levels to meet present and planned business objectives.
· Participate in market salary surveys to obtain market data, advise the management for salary structure and develop company’s benefits packages in consultation with upper level/line management.
· Facilitate the line managers to conduct performance management/ P&DD and Viewpoint engagement survey and feedback/follow-up sessions to build up a highly performed and highly engaged work force to meet the business’ operation and development needs.
· Plan and organize effective training and development programs using a breadth of tools and techniques to meet the skill/competency gaps identified during performance management and development dialogues. Ensure to keep the training records clearly and accurately.
· Manage and oversee all administrative activities to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree or above
· In-depth knowledge and understanding in human resources management. Solid experience and good track record in HR/Admin practices, better in multinational companies.
· Good understanding of labour/ employment related laws , regulations & practices
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills with managers/employees at different levels.
· Good presentation, coaching and facilitation skills are preferred.
· Good people/team management and leadership skills.
· High integrity and follow/role model the Company’s Code of Conduct
· Highly committed, self-motivated and diligent
· Sufficient English skills
