Responsibilities:
Provide support to business manager and commercial managers in the field of: 1.Preparing Sales-, OWC-, Cost-reports 2.Processing clients' profile, competitors profile and market information 3.Making analysis monthly based on market information and sales result 4.Checking product cost information/ transportation cost in the SAP system, informing SMs by monthly base of the cost change trend, working with logistic team to make sure the cost allocated correctly 5.Offering travel cost reporting 6.Assisting in preparing detailed sales budgets per sales manager 7.Coordinate with SMs to monitor the order and A/R status for the key customers. 8.Organize the sales activities like participating the exhibition and seminars. 9.Processing and filing of visit reports 10.Processing of sales forecast

Requirements:
？University grade, sales or marketing related experience is plus ？3-5 years market analysis experience, ？Able to interact with different levels of staff ？Must be good with Microsoft Office Software ( PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, etc.) ？Knowledge of SAP ？Good ability to communicate (oral and written) in English. ？Patient, flexible and positive personality.
