职位描述
岗位职责：
为了维护客户现场设施正常运行，按照有关的合同规定，维修照明设备，墙面，地面，门等油漆粉刷，生活水管道等与建筑物相关的设备设施；
1. 灯管，整流器，应急装置等照明系统的维修（不包括照明线路），冰箱；微波炉等常用电器维修，确保设备设施正常运行。
2. 生活水管路系统，诸如洗手池上下水，马桶，便池等洁具维修（不包括上级阀门和管路），下水管疏通等，确保正常运行。
3. 天花板更换和天花龙骨维修，确保设备设施正常运行。
4. 地贴，地砖，和水泥地面修理，确保设备设施正常运行。
5. 推拉门，文件柜等办公家具维修和搬运，确保设备设施正常运行。
6. 操作升降车配合同事进行高空作业，确保设备设施正常运行。
7. 建筑防水的维护和实施。
8. 负责厂区的墙面粉刷和油漆工作，确保设备设施正常运行。
任职要求：
1. 有五年以上的建筑设施服务的相关工作经验，如电工，制冷工，空压机或消防系统。
2. 能够服从工作安排，愿意学习其他的技能。
3. 具有良好的沟通能力、客户服务意识，掌握一些基本的服务技巧。
4. 熟练掌握Excel;Word和Outlook等基本电脑程序。
5. 特种作业人员必须持有相关证件。
做过厂务工作，有高低压证，有制冷证为佳。较强动手操作能力
正常班，另有餐补和车补
