Responsibilities

• work close together with local RVLs

• 
  

• built up the best AT team in the China market

• Visit Customers together with local application engineers to understand product/service requirements

• Initiate project development together with PM and marketing organisation

• Analyse sales data and create standardized reports for different product groups

Plan and Conduct Internal & Extern Trainings

• Support various technical problems as 2-level support via eMail and phone

• support for catalogue translation/proof reading task

• Conduct product test in the technology centre

• Work close with the China PM team

• Discuss process improvements on a customer side

• Market and competitor analysis

• Conduct technical trainings

• ensure the best technical skill level for the ATs in China market

• organize China product circle

• create a data base for cutting tool reports in the China market

• end year meetings and performance review together with the responsible RVL

• hold technical seminars

• set up training structure for cutting tools in China for AT

• organize and hold monthly cutting tool meetings with all ATs

• Work close together with the Technology Centre

• Set up a training structure how the AT’s can transfer basic cutting tool knowledge to the normal sales in their region – multiplier

visit exhibitions (as booth staff to interact with customer)

Requirements

• degree from the machining segment, (strong technical background)

• 7+ years job experience in the field of cutting tools

• 2+ years work experience in leading technical teams

• Ability to provide solution and product training for client/internal clients and application engineers

• strong business understanding, gained workexperience in a comparable position

• high presentation skills, strategic and conceptual thinking with a strong problem solving orientation

Language skills: spoken and written English skills are required (chinese native speaker level) handle the common MS Office applications are willing to travel and show a high level of personal responsibility and commitment

• high skills in the fiel of cutting tools (drilling, threading, milling, turning, work piece clamping, tool clamping)

• self organized working attitude

• handle and familiar with CAD/CAM programming as well as machine programming

• self-confident fast learner with strong teamplayer abilities and high motivation

• positive personality with good communication skills

• vision in leadership

• willing to take responsibilities
