Executive Assistant to the GM
Job Requirements
o Bachelor degree or above in English, administration or related field;
o Above 5 years working experience with at least 3 years secretarial or executive experience in foreign enterprise;
o Excellent command of English ( at least CET-6) both in oral and writing;
o Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
o Good problem solving skills, with 'can-do' attitude;
o Organized, efficient, and hardworking;
o Good interpersonal skills
o Job Responsibilities
o To provide secretarial, administrative and business support to the GM.
o Handle all the administrative tasks of the GM, including scheduling meetings, business trips, con calls, administrative reports etc.
o Translation and interpretation between English and Mandarin according to the GM requirements: documents, emails etc, including participating in meetings and events which include travelling in China
o Prepare all the business reports for internal purposes and also for CHS HQ, especially the Sales reports and financial results for the GM
o Taking minutes during all the GM meetings as required, including follow up on tasks and action items
o Be the representative of the GM when the GM is out of the office
o To control and follow up GM office budget and expenses.
o Communicate with local authorities and lawyers as required by the GM
o Office administrative tasks as required: Business licenses follow up and renewal, trademark management, stationery and office supplies for the GMO etc.
