Purpose
Work With the other LSB commercial partners in the store, to support leadership business by securing supplying.
Mandate
You are the logistics specialist who link logistics with the store commercial team by providing information regarding supplying and take the responsibility for securing the service level for the leadership business. You also provide the store supply support manager and store logistics manager with all relevant support to make store has a good service level with the optimal logistics cost, thus to contribute the customer satisfaction and the store profitability.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Satisfy Customers

? Fulfill the customer promise created by "selling & communicating" concerning availability of goods by minimizing non central shortages and monitoring central shortages
? Provide special logistics competence to the commercial team in "Sales Space Management", "Lean Retailing", "Range to Size Dimension" to secure a high service level at customer side.

Create profitability

? Contribute to minimizing the logistics costs in the store

Contribute to securing the co-workers competence

? Actively participate in securing the logistic competences of all co-workers in the store with the special focus on shopkeepers in ordering and forecasting processes.

Good knowledge and understanding of IKEA's Supply Chain and of In Store Logistics.
