主要职责:

1. 负责公司所有订单的跟单管理; 建立和不管完善跟单部工作流程和制度并监督其执行情况.

2．负责监督和检查跟单员日常工作,包括原始订单的翻译与资料整理,样衣意见的翻译,算料表,配色单,样衣制作单,等等.

3．负责监督跟单员所跟踪订单需求的执行情况并就执行过程中的难点问题与客户进行及时有效的沟通和解决；

4．负责督促面/辅料开发进度以及样衣批复进度,对大货生产进度以及生产中发生的情况进行监督和处理.

5.负责根据客户的交期要求，和生产副总协商,参与制定生产与出货计划.

6．监督订单的生产情况，并上报总公司生产进度及出货日期,包括延期申请.

7.协调与面料采购和辅料采购部门的沟通,与生产部门进行协作,保证订单顺利保质保量按时出货.

8. 完成总经理交待的其他临时任务。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，5年以上服装跟单管理工作经验；有服装厂工作经历者优先考虑.

2、自律性强，有良好的团队合作精神。抗压能力强.

3、良好的品行，工作积极主动，责任心强，有耐心，仔细认真，服务意识强。良好的沟通与协调能力. 掌握服装外贸业务相关专业知识和熟练的英语读写能力.

4、熟练掌握办公软件.

1、工资结构：基本工资+加班工资+计件工资+福利；
2、加班工资按基本工资1.5倍（平时），双休日2倍核算；
