Fabric Merchandiser (Stock Sourcing, Work from Home, Commission based)
面料采购员（库存面料采购，国内工作，计佣金）
Key Responsibilities 主要职责
1) To source for fabric stocks such as denim, knitted fabrics (jerseys, ribs, interlocks, velour, tricot, fleece in both solid and printed), woven fabric (such as poplin, twill, canvass, chiffons, satins, microfiber), yarn dyed fabric such as plaid and checks in all weights and others for us to review and buy.
寻找各类库存面料货源，如牛仔布，针织布（各种素色和印花汗布、罗纹布，棉毛布、天鹅绒、经编布和卫衣布），梭织布（府绸、斜纹、帆布、雪纺，色丁和超纤维布），色织布（彩格呢）和格子布或其他面料以供我们参考和采购。
2) We can also buy garment stock lots in ladies, mens or children. For ladies, it can be ladies‘ blouses, dresses, jeans, pants, t-shirts, etc. For men’s, it can be jackets, denim jeans, pants, t-shirts, fleece sets, etc. For children (boys, girls, teens, infants), it can be garment sets, jackets, jeans, pants, etc. Please ensure to indicate that it was initially market for what market, USA or EU or Middle East or Asian, etc.
我司也采购各类库存男、女、童装，女装如长短裤，连衣裙，牛仔裤，T恤衫等，男装如夹克衫，牛仔裤，长短裤，T恤衫，卫衣套装等，童装如夹克衫、牛仔裤、长短裤和各类套装等。必须明确这些服装原本都销往哪些市场，如美国，欧洲或中东等。
3) Both fabric and garment stocklots can be from China or from other countries
各类库存面料和服装可以来自中国和其他国家。
4) Your job is to simply source and offer to us. Once we select your fabric or garment stocklot, you have the choice of going or not going with our quality control inspector to inspect the goods before shipment.
此项工作的主要内容是寻找货源并报价至我司，一旦我司选择了其中的库存面料或服装，在装运之前，你可以选择是否跟随我司质检人员去工厂验货。
Remarks on Stocks备注
1) Ensure all detailed information is given to you by your source. For fabric stocks, detailed information such as fabric type, fabric content, construction, weight, quantity per colors and designs and total quantity is made available to you. Pictures of the fabric and picture for all the colors and designs need to be available also.
必须明确各类货源的详细信息。对于库存面料，该需要的详细资料有面料种类、成分、结构、克重、每款及每个颜色的数量和总数量，还需要面料、颜色和花型的图片。
For garment stocklots, a garment picture or image (front picture, back picture, close up pictures of 1 color and front picture for balance colors), size specs, quantity breakdown per color or design, total quantity and which country was the garment or fabric originally made for.
对于库存服装，该需要的详细资料有服装图片或图像（前后图片、某个颜色的特写图片和其他颜色的正面图片），尺寸大小，每款及每个颜色的分配数量，总数量，面料和服装的产地等。
2) Pictures and all details need to be sent to us by email first at stocks@asiatexmfg.com along with your contact information first for us to confirm interest. If we find both sample and price interesting, we will advise you by email if we will require samples or yardages. We can pay for sample charge and the courier fee if required.
图片和详细资料必须先寄至我司邮箱stocks@asiatexmfg.com 并在邮件中写明你的联系方式。如果我们对你邮件中的产品和价格有意向，我司将会通过邮件向你索求样品，如需要，样品费用和快递费用由我司承担。
3) Payment can only be made after QC inspects the goods. No deposit can be given before inspection. Options of payment terms can be 100% before shipment after our inspection passes in US$ or RMB. Please also check if payment terms such as 30% deposit after inspection and 70% after shipment within 10 days OR LC @ sight from Hong Kong is acceptable.
付款方式为我司QC质检后付清，质检以前没有预付款。可以选择在出运以前质检以后以美金或人民币的形式支付。请考虑质检以后支付30%出运后10天内支付70%和香港即期信用证的付款方式是否可行。
4) Commissions anywhere from 1% to 5% of the invoice value can be granted and to be given every 1st and 15th of the month after receipt of payment from customer.
佣金为发票金额的1%至5%不等，在买家付款后的每月1号和15号支付。
Key Requirements 要求：
a) Strong in sourcing and follow-up 具备熟悉货源、跟进业务的能力
b) Effective negotiation skills 具备良好的谈判能力
