工程师

岗位职责：

1. 熟悉并掌握楼宇或园区内系统如：空调/高低压房设施/BA/给排水系统等的架构和设备情况；

2. 制定相关设备设施的日常运行操作、维护保养、专业检测等的工作流程和程序以及作业指导书和各种计划；

3. 对设备运行进行巡检，确保设备正常运行；

4. 针对相关系统的运行和有效性，提出有效的专业意见和建议，实施有成效的节能措施；

5. 定期将相关系统设备设施运行状态评估（至少每年一次），及时发现较大的设备/系统问题或风险，提出高水准的专业分析报告和维修改造方案，交客户审批并跟进后期实施工作；

6. 负责相关系统各项维修保养业务及工程业务实施单位的现场施工管理，并对维保单位的工作质量进行监督、检查和评审；

7. 负责管理现场专业维保单位的现场服务，督促其完成计划中系统专业维保以及应急维修和故障恢复等工作，确保现场工作的安全高效；

任职要求：

1. 全日制相关工程专科学历及以上，3年以上本专业工作经验，32-50岁之间；

2. 有楼盘或写字楼、厂房等相关工作经历；

3. 熟练使用相关办公软件。
