Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to help the project manager to manage product suppliers to correctly and strictly follow the products specification/qualification standards /development procedures to ensure the products schedule & quality targets are met.

Responsibility:
1. Exactly understand the products specifications and company relative test standards; timely and accurately transfer the information to the supplier.
2. Based on the products relative test standards, clarify the detail requirements of qualification and development process to supplier and ensure the products meet our quality level.
3.Tightly manage and follow the development schedule with suppliers to ensure the products launch schedules are met.
4. Manage and control and witness the qualification processes to ensure the correct information and reports are gotten in time, ensure the performances and functions and structures meet our products specifications and standards.
5. Inspect the engineering prototype and pilot built process in line to find the latent design and quality issues ,then work together with suppliers to find and implement the solutions for these issues.
6. Properly evaluate suppliers' suggestions on the performances /functions and structures of the products and instruct suppliers to go ahead toward correct direction.
7. Give constructive suggestions on quality improvement and cost saving for company current products platform.
8. Establish the solid communication with the engineering team of suppliers.
9. Provides technical supports for marketing.
10. Accept some temporarily tasks if needed.

Position Qualifications:
1. BE degree or above in refrigeration or mechanism engineering discipline.
2. Solid product development experience in refrigeration system or structure design in home
appliance area. With tooling knowledge or familiar with UL and AHAM standards preferred.
3. Two years or above experience in Engineering or project managerial experience.
4. Manufacturing experience preferred.
5. Must have strong interpersonal and coordination and problem solving skills.
6. Excellent command of Mandarin and written English. Good spoken English preferred.
