工作职责:

1、负责电池管理系统（BMS）的软件、硬件设计开发与应用，并测试验证；

Responsible software development, hardware design, application, and test verification for the battery management system (BMS);

2、针对电池包， BMS以及热管理等方面进行仿真开发；

Simulation development for battery pack, BMS and thermal management;

3、验证产品的可靠性和稳定性等性能；

Verify the reliability and stability of the product performance;

4、电池以及BMS相关故障分析；

Failure analysis for battery and BMS related issue;

5、指导、协助测试工程师进行电池测试和测试评估；

Guide and assist the test engineer to do the testing and test evaluation;

6、技术文档编写，变更管理, 零部件管理；

Describe technical documentation, and responsible change management, part management;

7、完成领导给予的其他工作；

Other tasks assigned by leader;

任职资格:

1、软件、电力电子、电气及自动化等相关专业(有实际能力不限专业)本科及以上学历，3年及以上BMS相关工作经验；

Master degree or above, major in software, power electronics, electrical, automation, and other related majors (with practical ability is not limited), at least 5 years working experience in BMS related work;

2、有电池包（Pack）产品设计经验者优先，有电池管理系统（BMS）设计经验者优先；有电池包热管理设计开发经验者优先；

battery pack (Pack) product design experience is preferred, experience in battery management system (BMS) design and thermal management design is preferred;

3、有linear tech LT68XX 、MAXIM MAX17823、NXP 33771等开发经验优先；有车载BMS开发经验优先；

LT68XX 、MAXIM MAX17823、NXP 33771 design experience is preferred, automotive BMS project experience is preferred

4、掌握系统设计/软件开发/硬件开发的工程方法，较强的模拟电路和数字电路硬件分析能力；

master system design / software development / hardware development engineering methods, strong analog circuit and digital circuit hardware analysis ability;

5、掌握嵌入式系统软件开发流程和工具，熟悉CANalyer，CANoe，Matlab，Simulink等工具软件；

Knowledge about the embedded system software development process and tools, familiar with CANalyer, CANoe, Matlab, Simulink and other tools;

6、具有一定的电子电气系统DFMEA /PFMEA分析经验，熟悉电子电气系统可靠性设计相关知识；

Experience in DFMEA /PFMEA analysis of electrical and electronic systems, familiar with reliability design of electrical and electronic systems;

7、熟悉相关国际、国家、汽车行业标准；

familiar with international, national and automotive industry standards;

8、具有独立解决本业务专业技术问题的能力；

Ability to solve the technical problems independently

9、工作认真负责，具有较强的语言、文字表达能力，能够进行工程谈判、设计相关方协调，能编制设计文件、工作报告及工程总结；

serious and responsible work, with strong language and writing skills, able to negotiate engineering, design and coordination of the parties, the preparation of design documents, work reports and engineering summary;

10、英语流利，良好的沟通及演示技巧。

Fluent English, excellent communication and presentation skills required.
