Summary

You will assist the Financial controller manager in order to provide report & recommendations to the CEO.

Job Description

Budget 　 　

1.Build up the annual budget with the business departments 　 　

2.Monthly review budget and analyse the variance between budgeted and actual figures 　 　 　

Control Management 　 　

1.Preparation and analysis of the internal reports 　 　

2.Assist in the deployment of new ERP systems and creation of new reportings 　

3.Follow up and analysis of the margin  　 　

4.Activity Follow-up for each line of business 　 　

5.Establish and follow-up KPI 　 　 　 　

6.Calculation of commissions to be paid to the salesmen 　 　 　 　

7.Other requests from management 　 　 　

Requirements 　

1.Will to learn and curiosity 　 　

2.Rigororous 　 　

3.Financial and/or Accounting graduation 　 　

4.Command in excel 　 　

5.Good human relation & communication skills 　 　

6.Good command of English,French is a plus
