Job Responsibilities

1, Responsible for the president's daily transaction schedule and accompanying with the reception, important customer;

2, With the foreign relations contact, do the president of domestic and international travel of the travel arrangements, meticulous and thoughtful;

3, Assist the president to complete the document processing, archiving and use of work etc.;

4, To assist the daily work, president office file transfer, departments of communication and coordination;

5. To support President on some basic business issues. 

Job requirements

1, Working experience in senior management personnel;

2, Can separate the drafting of various documents, familiar with the conference shorthand, skilled use of various office software;

3. Good command of English, French is highly preferred.

4, Good communication, coordination ability, executive ability and compressive ability;

5, work conscientiously careful, thoughtful, active in work, with a high sense of responsibility and sense of confidentiality.

6. Working experience in forwarding/logistics company is highly preferred.
