工作职责及内容 Responsibilities:

1) Successful lead a cross function team to execute design projects on cost, on time and on quality according to Autoliv textile AS100 Procedure.

2) Timely report project statues in project review meeting (cushion TRB meeting) both with management and with plant management team.

3) Owns project deliverables, ensures project is on time, on cost, in scope.

4) Coordinate/manage all project areas related: scope, time, budget/cost, quality, resources/HR, communication, risk

5) Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews with project sponsors on the basis of agreed quality, cost and timing targets and find solutions for any deviations and follow the Autoliv quality standard.

6) Chase Project team member to accomplish all assignment in eAPDS.

7) Lead risk mitigation efforts including addressing potential delays in progress or other perceived risks, escalate risks as needed to the leadership committee and senior management with proposal for solution.

8) Manage and closely monitor timelines and project cost to ensure adherence with approved plans, ensure variances to plan are well documented, reported and escalated to the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1) Professional PC experience (MS office、Project , Lotus Notes, Internet)

2) Proficient in English.

3) Strong business development mindset

4) Engineering education background in mechanical or similar

5) Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949;

6) At least 3 years project management experience in automotive industry and good knowledge for economics;

7) Good communication skill with customer, good presentation and negotiation skills.

8) Knowledge in the area of process planning and team management

9) PMP is plus.
