职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责协助管辖门店的日常运营工作，落实执行总部决议；
2. 协助店经理实施门店年度计划和月计划；
3. 协助完成每月的销售指标；
4. 负责协助店内员工招募的初次面试及员工的在职培训并出具培训评估报告；
5. 负责协助处理店内顾客投诉，退换货管理，物价管理及商品陈列等细节管理；
6. 负责监督店内员工的现场纪律，确保提供客人优质的服务质量并维持店内干净整洁的环境质量；
7. 接受上级的监督及其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
岗位要求：
1. 三年以上零售连锁或服务连锁副店长工作经验以上；
2. 热爱宠物行业，家有宠物者优先。

Petland has been the retail pet industry leader in the area of animal care with ongoing staff training programs, in-store animal husbandry systems and community service programs aimed at placing homeless pets and curbing pet population since its foundation in 1967. Petland sets the most professional standards from the management team all the way down to the sales floor. All staff members will need to receive a hands-on training program before they can put on a Petland uniform so that they will better understand and integrate into our culture.
