• 岗位职责：
  1、根据公司的总体研发战略目标，定向开发新产品；
  2、负责研发过程中各种研发材料的收集及性能测试及实验记录；
  3、负责所属研发项目的档案建立及专利申请等事项；
  4、负责提供产品、原料质量标准初稿,报部门经理审核;
  5、负责完成上级临时交办的其他事项。
  
  岗位要求：
  1、高分子材料相关专业优秀应届毕业生也优先考虑；
  2、高分子化学本科5年以上相关研发经验或者硕士学历2年以上研发经验；
  3、有皮革相关材料开发及工艺技术改进相关工作经验2年以上；
