• 工作职责
  1、基于项目和用户需求分析和系统架构，负责后台JAVA应用的开发，包括软件设计，代码编写，程序调试、单元测试和相应文档的编写；
  2、对所负责的程序和模块，根据后续的用户需求和使用中发现的Bug进行升级维护，不断完善产品；
  3、参与代码复查工作并提出改进意见，完善提高研发水平；
  4、参与研发过程改进、代码重构活动，使研发得到持续改进，提高开发效率。
  任职资格
  1、本科学历；
  2、5-8年相关工作经验；
  3、具有优秀的领悟、逻辑推理、动手实战、分析并解决问题能力，优秀的担当精神，优秀的执行力，优秀的结果导向型思维，持续付出，努力推进，高质量完成本职工作，优秀的抗压耐力，具有一定的沟通协作精神，一定的主观能动性；
  4、熟练使用Spring、SprngMVC、Hibernate、Struts、Myabtis等开发框架，熟悉jquery, prototype 等js框架；
  5、熟练应用主流据库软件（oracle、mysql）进行复杂SQL语句以及存储过程等编写； 
  6、有springboot平台开发经验、springCloud等微服务架构开发经验优先。
