  任职资格
  1.本科学历
  2.3-8年相关工作经验
  3.具有杰出的领悟、规划策划、分析并解决问题能力，杰出的沟通协作、担当精神，杰出的执行力，杰出的结果导向型思维，坚持到底，保证产出，本职外愿意额外承担工作，具有优秀的动手实战能力
  4.对JVM原理有一定的了解，熟悉一种消息中间件；
  5.熟悉Spring、Struts、MyBatis、SOA服务框架等
  6.熟悉Memcache/Redis缓存、MySQL等数据库应用及优化；
  7.具有RPC、分布式、多线程、Cache、MQ、网络通信编程经验。
