职位描述
Work description:- Responsible for social and environment compliance audits at factories all over China.- Carry out factory evaluation, health and safety inspection, and documents verification as well as workers interviews.- Implement auditing rountines and grading system in accordance with Clas Ohlson internal standard.- Evaluate and report to factories performance regarding compliance with Clas Ohlson Suppliers Code of Conduct regarding workers safety,social and invironmental conditions.- Perform audits, issue reports and Corrective Actions and verify improvements.- Work with factories to raise the awareness of compliance issues, conduct training with factories and coach them in how to improve.- Monitor applicable national and local laws in China.
Qulification:- University degree.- At least 2 years related experience in the compliance field, electronic and electrical background in an advantage.- Experience from working in foreign company.- Knowledge and experience on CSR audit,labor & compensation, health & safety and environment.- Knowledge and experience about relevant laws and regulations in China.- Skilled in computer appliancation in relevant software.- Good commucation skill, both written and oral.- Wolling to travel frequently in China.- Self-Motivated and with ability to work independently.
The experience and knowledge of CSR compliance audit in important, but we also put a lot of emphsis on the personal characteristics, the person must be reliable, honest, be a good team member and like to work as an auditor, with a lot of travelling.
