Responsibility:
1. Check new samples to judge the quality level.
2. Secure the safety and the quality for company products.
3. Work with Swedish QA to set up guideline for different product lines. (Mainly for power tools, tools, also cover chemical knowledge like REACH, ROHS, textile, toy, outdoor & sporting products)
4. Work with Swedish QA to regulate QA requirement for different items, for QC inspection.
5. Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories to ensure product quality. Instruct how to improve before, in and after production.
6. Provide support to merchandiser and QC team for any problem/claim following up and solving the problem
7. Check QC inspection reports.
8. Contact with authorities and test labs, for the latest standard, to coordinate test in 3rd party lab.
9. Inform merchandisers and QC of new update European regulations/standards.
10. Training QC and merchandisers on professional QA knowledge.
11. Bridge between Sweden and China office regarding technical issues.
Qualification:
* +5yeas experience as QA/Technician/Engineer in test lab.
* Familiar with products knowledge and latest test standard for Europe, mainly covering product range for power tool, hand tool, chemical (covering REACH & ROHS, etc.), toy, textile, outdoor, sporting, etc.
* English writing and oral communication
* Good communication and team working
