职位描述
1. Responsible for performance management system with team cooperation.
? Communication with and manage stakeholders and internal HR team to ensure all objectives, processes be conducted timely and effectively to truly promote business development.
? Deliver performance related training to ensure all employee understand the process and key to setting goals, key to making conversations.
? Build competency rating system aligning with global behavior competency model.
? Support for global performance and development review HRIS launched process.
? Maintain and update all related materials timely.
? Act as expert and consultant to provide suggestions to business unit for business acceleration.
2. Support and co-lead talent related projects.
? Support and co-lead whole process management and implementation of talent related projects, from vendor outsourcing, project planning, communication, competency workshop, assessment to talent calibration meeting.
? Support global talent related programs, from project communication to practice in China.
? Support annually talent review process and provide data for internal use.
? Act as experts to provide consultant and instruction of talent management tools, process, benefits, etc to build and promote talent and organization sense of business leaders.
? Maintain all records timely and accurately and provide to other teams as reference for employees’ promotion management.
3. Responsible for TF2025 culture related programs.
? Design activities and edit real cases in newsletters to promote culture into practice.
? Deliver culture related trainings.
? Maintain and manage all materials and records.
4. Support other projects of TR2025.
? Support engagement survey /global leadership program /Culture /Performance projects for embedding into China.
5. Other Projects assigned by Supervisor.
? Any other projects and work assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
a.Education/Experience
1.Full time Bachelor degree or above.
2.At least 5 years’ working experience in Learning & Development area or OD area, within at least 2 years in talent review, Hi-Po program, and performance area are preferred.
3.Experience in OD related are preferred.
b.Special knowledge
1.Hands on experience in learning & development/performance/talent review.
2.Master in PPT, Word, and Excel.
3.Fluent oral and written English communication skills
4.Solid knowledge of Human Resource with whole picture is preferred.
5.Project management skill is preferred.
6.Familiar with Talent management tools.
c.Business understanding/Competency
1.Good Listening and communication skill.
2.Conflict management skill
3.Mature with sensitive for people and with resilience, eager for learning, flexible.
4.Basic business acumen, understanding basic business running.
