职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Supply the technical quotation for Project.
Give technical clarification to Client.
Lead and responsible for Project Execution for RMT instrument of project.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Factor I: Accountability: To provide Technical support and develop Project Proposals for RMT products
1)Technical Product Support to China- Customers and China Project Pursuit/Sales team.
- Provide basic pre-sale and post-sale technical support for entire range of RMT products
- Generate Engineering specifications based on Customer requirements and develop formal Proposal packages
- Utilize informational tools to support Customer product application queries and provide solutions
- Work in liaison with Order Administrators to assure clean execution of orders
- Support Order Administrator in identifying and resolving Technical queries from Factories during order entry
- Fulfil proper documentation requirements for orders based on Customer's requests
- Translate Customer's requirements for Documentation to available standard Factory Documentation
- Verify accuracy and completeness of Documentation and timely submission
- Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager
2)Maintains understanding of general business practices
- Understand and exercise RMT policies and practices
- Maintains knowledge of products, completes training to develop additional support skills and learn new products
- Participates in Project Management Continuous Improvement Programs to develop processes and service that 'delight' the Customer
- Understand and exercise Best Practices in Project & MRO support
- Keeps a log of the Key Measures of Project Management and is involved in periodic reviews of the team performance.
3)Training
- Train other regional Customer Support teams on the practices of Project Management
4)Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
5)Complete other job assigned by supervisor/manager

Member of the China Project team with focus on providing basic and advanced Technical Support of RMT products for China- Proposals/Projects.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
·Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering
·Min. 3 years experience in Instrumentation environment
·Team player willing to perform any duties to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations
Strong written and communication skills in technical environment
·Have Proposal and/or Design experience.
·Good knowledge of Field Instruments
·Knowledge of Chinese and International Standard and EPC works.
Relationships
- Frequent communication and interaction with Project Pursuit teams in China and CPAC
- Strong teamwork relationship with the other functional groups in Division, especially Order Administration
- Communicate effectively across other Emerson Divisions for Multi-Div projects
- Frequently interface with Emerson Process Management factories worldwide
