JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

Measurement and testing for new project development and production release

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

Measurement and generate report

Control the measuring and testing method and tools in the Lab

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

Arrange dimensional measurement include 3D & 2D

Maintainance of the measurement and testing equipment in PPAP Lab

Create AMPB, LEMPB and EMPB measurement report in the system

Support the calibration system in the whole plant

Control the ESD device in the whole plant

Prepare tools for dimensional measurement

Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

Diploma in mechanical or other engineering related filed

Knowledge in complex mechanical drawing

Knowledge about 2D & 3D equipment usage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:

Experience of using dimensional measurement equipment

Understand measurement uncertainty for dimensional measurement
