JOB SCOPE:
Support product sample build upon requests
基于需求，完成样品的生产
Sample room management and stock material check
样品室以及物料的管理
Other tasks assigned by the superior
完成主管分配的任务

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
Create sample build plan according to the requests raised by the PM/Sales
根据项目经理和销售的需求，建立样品生产计划
Issue sample build requests to MRP team, ensure work order is created correctly
把样品生产需求发送给MRP，保证生产工单的正确性
Prepare materials needed for samples assembly and issue PR for material procurement if necessary
准备样品生产所需要的所有物料，建立采购样品零件需求
Coordinate needed resource for sample build from Production, R&D, IE, Quality, etc. to ensure the sample orders are fulfilled on time/ cost / quality
协调样品生产所需要参与的相关人员包括R&D，IE，QP等，以保证样品生产按时按量完成
Follow up the progress of PCBA assembly, flash the software according to defined technical specification
跟进PCBA的生产情况，根据技术规范刷写软件
Assembly the final product manually or on production line according to defined work instruction
根据操作指导书手工或者使用产线完成样品的生产
Use defined equipment to test the product and record related test data according to test specification
使用规定的设备测试产品，根据标准记录相关的测试数据
Pack products and ship them out or deliver to right people
根据要求包装，快递相应的样品
Manage sample rooms according to 5S requirements and keep the stock material info. up to date
根据5s要求管理样品室，更新物料存储情况

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
Graduate of junior college in engineering disciplines with electronic/electrical background
工程电子/电气大专学历
Be skillful of MS Office
