·POSITION OBJECTIVE

设备维修

·MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


1.Electricity equipment maintenance & ensure supply safety.
电力设备维修保养以及确保安全用电。
2.Ensure central air-conditions’ normal operation.
确保中央空调终端设备正常运行。
3.Test, check & maintain power- lines, illuminations, power switches and ventilators.
动力线路、照明设施、电器开关、通风设备测试保养。
4.Maintain Plant’s infrastructure, ensure water supply & drainage in good condition.
厂房基础设施维修,保障供水、排水设施完好。
5.Manage engineering spare parts & outsourcing engineering persons.
管理工程配品备件，管理外单位工程维修人员。
6.A member of Engineering Emergency Team.
工程部紧急小组成员。
完成主管/经理交代的其他任务


·SCOPE

1.Checking office illumination, internal temperature every day.
日常检查办公室照明、温度。
2.Control cost, decrease engineering spare parts & improve maintenance quality.
控制维修费用，减少工程备件数量，提高维修质量。
3.According to FM Global’s policy, maintain & manage fire protection system.
根据FM相关指令，维护管理消防系统。



·EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

1.Education / Training
- Holding electric operation qualification certificate relatively.
- With polytechnic school relative degree, intermediate skill level
2.Experiences
- Minimum of 4 years engineering experience.
3.Others
-Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
-Good planning, organization and priority skills.
-Able to operate computers, especially CAD.
-Good English in reading and writing.
