Supervise and control matter concerned of Operation Dept., monitor DCS in working order and ensure proforma submission timely.

Job Responsibility:

? Supervise the working process of Equipment Management, Terminal Operations & Barge Operation including both CAN’s and NPRD’s, ensure above operation smoothly, efficiently & successfully;

? Responsible for coordination with barge vendors, shipping agents, depots, terminals, customs authority and other relevant suppliers/parties to ensure a stable, efficient, economic service support from them;

? Monitor Dolphin Carrier System (DCS) in working order;

? Monitor arranging Free-use container’s pick-up and redelivery and send report to Liner Equipment by Equipment Control colleague;

? Monitor arranging container On-hire, Off-hire and Sales unit, and send report to Liner Equipment by Equipment Control colleague;

? Send voyage loading report for each service and submit to relevant parties;

? Once receiving invoices from suppliers, to check the volume, rate and amount according to related report and contracts;

? Submit GPO application to EOM Team, create Manual PO/GPO in DCS after approved/released, and pass all relevant Invoices & Docs. to Acct. dept. for payment;

? Cooperate with Acct. Dept. to process SAP smoothly;

? Monitor IJS proforma submission and ensure the accuracy and timeliness

? Submit Terminal/Depot Storage in DCS;

? Examine and verify all operation costs, pass correct invoices to Acct. Dept for payment, and return the incorrect invoices to vendor for adjustment and recheck again;

? Keep communication with oversea for daily routine by mail;

? As coordinator of claim, good cooperate with Claim Dept. to settle the case of claim properly
