Wentronic Shenzhen Representative Office

In 2005, with the establishment of Wentronic Asia Pacific Limited (WAP) at Hong Kong (Sales & Marketing office), then further expansion in Ningbo, Changzhou & Shenzhen of China (these 3 office are responsible for Purchasing and Quality Control) respectively, our operation is growing steadily. At current, our Shenzhen Purchasing office is looking for target-driven and dynamic merchandising personnel to join the expanding team.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Reporting to Senior Supply Chain Manager, with dotted line reporting to the Head of Purchasing in Germany

· Responsible for the sourcing process of consumer electronics products and accessories (such as SAT/TV or multimedia/mobility or power/lighting) to achieve the best quality and prices for the Company

· Coordinate with the team in quotation, product development, sample fitting, order follow-up to ensure on-time delivery. Make sure suppliers submit quotes on time. Orders follow up on schedule.

· Work on costing and negotiating price with Suppliers

· Locate and develop suppliers/sub-contractors, take regular trips to items to propose to German product management and or Sales team; take part in tradeshows and exhibitions to be well acquainted with new products

· Co-ordinate and communicate between German product management/Sales/QC&QA team/Suppliers

· Be familiar with consumer electronic products and accessories such as SAT/TV or multimedia/mobility or power/lighting

Qualifications and Experience

l University degree in business or manufacturing related field

l Minimum 3 years of consumer electronics experience

l Procurement / Merchandising experience

l Well-developed organizational and multi-tasking skills

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (CET-4 or above)

l Experience in ERP system

l Versatile in MS office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

l Prior work experience in international retail/purchasing business would be an advantage

l Target-oriented, stable/responsible and willing to work under pressure

l Flexibility to travel regularly to suppliers’ locations

l Proactive personality

l German speaking would be an advantage

工作职责

· 直接向高级供应链经理报告，并间接汇报给德国的采购主管。

· 负责消费性电子产品和配件（如SAT/电视、多媒体/移动设备和电源/照明）的采购流程，为公司保证最佳质量和最优价格。

· 协助团队进行报价，产品开发，样品适配，跟单以保证货物按时运达。保证供应商按时报价。按计划对订单进行跟踪。

· 负责同供应商进行核价、价格谈判。

· 搜寻和开发新供应商和分包商，定期将新产品提交给德国产品管理或者销售团队。参加各种贸易展和展示会，充分了解新产品动向。

· 负责同德国产品管理人员、销售人员、质量控制和质量保证团队以及供应商进行协调和沟通。

· 熟悉SAT/电视、多媒体/移动设备、电源/照明等消费性电子产品和配件。

资格和经验

l 大学本科以上学历，商业或者制造业相关专业。

l 3年及3年以上消费性电子产品行业工作经验。

l 采购或者跟单经验。

l 良好的组织能力，能同时承担多项工作。

l 良好的中英文文字组织能力和语言交流能力，英语四级以上（含四级）。

l 有EPR系统工作经验。

l 熟练应用Word，Excel，PowerPoint等办公软件。

l 从事过国际零售和采购业务者优先。

l 职业目标明确，可以长期工作，责任感强，具有良好的抗压能力。

l 能适应拜访各处供应商的灵活性出差。

l 性格开朗、积极主动。

l 能用德语交流者优先录用。
