Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, Fluke Ti
Location: Shanghai

1. Primary Function/Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the development of new products and/or market opportunities for appointed product lines.
- Plan and execute filed marketing event with Leads and Funnel KPI (incl. seminars, trade shows, trainings and end-user campaign, etc.)
- Individual or cooperate with sales team to develop nationwide dealer network and support tender business
- Responsible for product life cycle management.
- Develop clear, comprehensive and compelling product strategic plans and roadmaps.
- Co-provide product application and technical support to field sales force.
- Lead continuous and ad-hoc market research to update the market / competition understanding / dynamics.

2. Specific Job Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of Company electrical products, Test & Measurement applications and manufacturing capabilities (or related industrial field)
- Knowledge of marketing management, new product planning and sales forecast principles, methods and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both English & Mandarin.
- Proven leadership ability to drive growth and change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven analytical capabilities to enable competitive assessment, market research, strategic planning

3. Education and/or Experience Required:
- 50% travel time
- Technical background.
- 5+ year experience in industrial product marketing/sales
