Responsibility:
To support Sourcing Manager in developing new suppliers
(Send Inquiry format - Send Programme - Get Quotation - Get supplier information before placing PO)
To support Sourcing Manager in Close follow up with current suppliers
(Getting Proforma Invoice - Sending artwork - Sample delivery - Follow up production processing and shipment plan with suppliers - make sure shipment on time and shipping documents in proper way)
Documentation:
(Keep negotiation with suppliers for Vendor Agreement and Price Agreement / closely follow up with back order plan)
Daily Communication with sourcing team of head office overseas
Qualification:
Be good at English in both written and spoken communication skills, CET-6 preferred
Good team player
Be responsible, hardworking and willing to travel
Familiar with computer basic skills and MS office etc.
Bachelor degree
