Responsibilities:

1. Arrange booking, trucking, customs clearance, and the related work according to customers' requirements.

2. Check and prepare all shipping documents

3. Input shipping information in Norgistics' freight forwarder system, and maintain accuracy

4. Communicate with overseas agents and update the shipping information on daily basis

5. Communicate with customers and vendors; make sure the smooth daily operation

Requirement:

Education: College degree

Experience: At least 2 years' experience in international freight forwarding (marine) or shipping industry

Language: Fluent in English (CET4 or CET6 would be preferred, be about to communicate easily in speaking and writing)

Computer Literacy: Be familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows, etc.

Specialist Knowledge: 1. Basic knowledge of international transportation and freight forwarding

2. Basic knowledge of international trading

Essential Skills: 1. Good working attitude, high ability, hardworking
