Contributes to the Purchasing Strategy of the International Purchasing Office (IPO) based on Group Supply Management Guidelines. Supports the quality team from Preh Overseas in high-escalation issues (Trouble-shooting) or critical suppliers. Deploy and enforce the quality guidelines of Preh Group within the Asia supply panel.

1. Lead SOQ’s for new suppliers in cooperation with purchasing and technical team

2. Independently review supplier processes according to Preh specific requirements

3. Close cooperation with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the quality of critical/urgent deliveries to series production (Support PPAP completion)

4. Support key suppliers in problem solving and implementation of measure

5. Training and monitoring the application of Preh standards including audits and follow up plans

6. Coordination of the activities in case of acute quality problems at short notice (Trouble shooting – remote or on site)

7. Internal research on open project topics and push solution finding with other departments

8. Review the on-site production process, the problem analysis and the execution of the documented process and final inspection

9. Follows the reporting and working methodology defined by the Group and Office (Formats, Minutes, etc.) to report his/her activity.

Experience：

1. University degree e.g. in electrical engineering or industrial engineering with solid professional experience in supplier quality management

2. Mandatory is having a deep experience in automotive sector and with automotive quality standards

3. Intercultural competence and a high willingness to travel

4. Very good communication skills and pronounced conflict ability

5. Problem solving and prioritization ability

Knowledge and Skills：

Very good knowledge in spoken and written English

Good knowledge in project development phases

Ability to work under pressure, commitment with deadlines, multitask management

Knowledge in different commodities (Mechanical and Electronics)

High level of Ethics

High level of communication

Teamwork

Education：

University, Preferably Engineer

Language：

Chinese and high level of English

Work in a Tier 1 company will be a plus
