Responsibilities:

• To follow up quotations, submissions, and samples from suppliers.
• To follow up of the approval of products
• To send purchase orders and associated documentation to suppliers
• To follow up test report and documents from suppliers
• To assist the quality department in obtaining all necessary information for inspections
• To communicate daily with buyers, suppliers and other support areas.

Requirements:

• College/university graduate
• Experience in Home Textiles is essential.
• At least 2 years work experience preferably in either a buying office or a textile manufacturing office environment
• Fluency in both written/spoken English
• Good computer knowledge: Word/Excel/Email
• Willing to learn, hardworking and self starter
