Key Responsibilities:
?On behalf of the Group companies, build and maintain strong and smooth relationship with working levels of government entities, associations and chambers of commerce.
?Support the implementation of government relationship strategy to further build the corporate name and brand across China.
?Accountable for the collection, storage, retrieval and updates of historical records and intelligence.
?Monitor political and economic developments, track updates and changes on China policies, regulations and laws. Develop and update key political socio-economical indicators.
?Support planning and preparation of group events, manage vendors and budgets, co-ordinate with both external and internal parties to ensure events are properly presented per values of A.P. Moller-Maersk Group.
?Support the official visits of Headquarter executives and Government Officials to China and Denmark. Co-ordinate meeting agenda, support as interpreter for both Chinese delegation and overseas visitors and other related tasks.
Who we are looking for:
?Bachelor degree or above, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
?Hands-on and practical knowledge of corporate writing, event organizing and institutional relationship building, preferably with previous experience in a multinational organization.
?Solid understanding of Chinese government and political system.
?An effective communicator with excellent capabilities to open doors and start conversations in a professional manner.
?Strong initiative; able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
?Good team player, positive and willing to take challenges.
?Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
