Job Scope:
Robot start-up and commissioning in press shop. Apply Robotstudio software in simulation of press automation systems. Work within a multi-disciplinary design team, interpret customer requirements, and assist in reducing project lead times by standardization.
Key Duties:
· Robot start-up and commissioning in press shop.
· Robot programming and tooling adjustment on site.
· Assist control engineer commisioning automation line in press shop.
· Production support on site
Education & Experience Required:
· 2 years control engineer experience in automotive industry or mechanism manufacture industry (press automation systems preferred).
· BS in Control Engineering is preferred.
Business/Technical Skills Preferred:
· Experience working with design engineering projects.
· Experience with Auto-CAD.
· Experience with automation start-up problem solving.
· Knowledge of Siemens, Mitsubishi and Rockwell PLC.
· Experience in a project environment.
· Ability to work with Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Behavioral Skills Preferred:
· Effective communication and presentation skills
· Able to promote teamwork.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Thoroughness and accuracy.
· Good listening skills.
· Interest in continuous personal and professional development
· Good communication with English
