职位描述

Mission Statement
Drive the growth of profitable sales of robotic offerings, including standard products, functional package and system solution and win market shares through maintaining existing market penetration and expanding to new consumer electronics market segments.

Main Accountabilities:
Strategy

Ø Know the selected markets (segments, industries, parts and customers) and inform the Sales Engineers
Ø Know the right channels
1. Direct
2.System Integrators/OEMs
3.Informers
4.Price policy
Marketing

Ø Be aware about statistics and our market share
Ø Collect all the information about competition
Ø Give input and suggestions on the Annual marketing and Communication Plan

Sales Action

Ø Make each Sales Engineer elaborate his own Annual Action plan and review monthly
Ø Be sure the quotations to customer are done in the correct way (content, contract…)
Ø Control the margin
Ø Be sure each Sales Engineer is using all our company experience, sales and quality supports and has a proper sales attitude to convince prospects and customers

Human Resources
Manage the sales department’s personnel resources to obtain maximum benefit through recruiting, rewarding, training and developing

Dimensions
Ø New business incubator setup
Ø Ambition to grow to 100 MUSD in a 5 years
Challenges
Ø Sales activities are related to both international and domestic customers, have wide customer complexity (segments, industries, parts and customers).
Ø It’s the new industries/markets and there is no many mature experience or solutions to refer to.
Ø Hard to hire experienced sales person from the market.
Ø Motivate and retain the employees.
Ø Product offerings are not tailor-made. Market competition is intensified
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Ø Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration, Automation, Technologies or Equipment
Ø Minimum 10 years working experience in automation industry, technical background for EMS and related customers is a plus
Ø Minimum 5 years sales manager experience
Ø Strong business sense and good communication skill
Ø Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
Ø A good team player and leader
Ø Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
Ø Good computer skills in MS Windows/Office and other applications
