The Asia IT Support Supervisor belongs to the IT department and reports to the IT Manager (store).
This Department aims at supporting the Company in terms of electronic communications. They are in charge of the daily IT support and maintenance. Meanwhile, the team also evaluates the internal needs and should find the best solutions to satisfy them.


MISSION & KEY ACTIVITIES

Mission

Under the responsibility of the IT Manager (store), the Asia IT Support Supervisor improves and maintains IT system and equipment for SEA and Morgan stores.

The Asia IT Support Supervisor is an expert in his/her field: he/she provides professional technical support to ensure the store application system can meet the sales requirement.

Key Duties & Activities

The Asia IT Support Supervisor is in charge of the IT equipment and system for all our store in SEA and Morgan store. He/she will have to travel to support them and maintain the IT operation.


1. Store IT Management

The Asia IT Support Supervisor provides to SEA and Morgan stores all the support they need for their opening and daily operations. He/she helps them on both software and hardware part.

Opening preparation for new store:
° Purchase the whole IT equipment including stocktaking scanner for SEA/Morgan Stores,
° Install & debug IT equipment before delivery,
° Provide on-site IT support to the first opening store in new areas.

Maintenance of store system:
As soon as the Asia IT Support Supervisor receives error reports or calls from SEA stores, he/she helps them to solve the problem. No matter if it is hardware or software problem (e.g. Scanner, copier, operation or sales system)

The Asia IT Support Supervisor is the main interlocutor for the SEA and Morgan stores. If they encounter a problem during the day with their software or hardware, stores call the Asia IT Support Supervisor. He/she provides them instant help. He/she needs to be reactive and solve the problem ASAP over the phone in order to keep the store running smoothly.

2. System adaptation & update

As SEA stores all have different currencies, promotions, discounts and sales, the Asia IT Support Supervisor has to adapt the system to the country specificity.

Established new sales system:
Considering the national different condition, he/she is supposed to establish specialized sales system, respectively for each different countries run by different rules.

Update label print system:
He/she is in charge of the label system update for SEA countries. Considering the different currency unit in SEA, he/she updates the label print system in order to put everything in local currency.

3. Data control and collecting

The Asia IT Support Supervisor has to control that all the data exchange from Winstore to Storeland (and vice versa) are going smoothly.

Data exchange:
He/she ensures that HQ receives sales data every morning and that stores receive the update data on time.

° Check out that data has been successfully transferred from store (Winstore)to HQ (Storeland),
° Test the accuracy of the new data (new prices, promotions, stock information…) set by correspondent Departments (logistics, discount, price adjustment information, etc…)in storeland.
° Ensure that new data has been successfully transferred from HQ (Storeland) to store (Winstore),
° Check stocktaking system, thanks to stock files extract from storeland, to ensure a good running and make sure that exchange data are running smoothly
° Provide solution in case of any error in stock system

Collect missing sales data:
If any problem occurs during the exchange data the Asia IT Support Supervisor has to find out and collect the missing data.
He/she daily reviews the sales data.

4. Stock Management
After the closure of a store, nearly all of the IT equipments will be recalled for backup. Most of the IT stock for SEA/Morgan is established by these IT equipments, so, he/she needs to arrange the layout & use of stock.

5. Store Training
The Asia IT Support Supervisor delivers training to new ASM & international partner. To do so, he/she will work on different training documents and supports on system operation & basic trouble shooting for different countries.
