POSITION OBJECTIVE

? This position is responsible for RAI standard buyout Project Execution
? Project progress monitoring and project status data collection timely
? Setup and maintain standard buyout information database
? Supplier management
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

? Routine project handling, including Contract requirement technical review and prepare technical solution
? Buyout purchase preparation, including technical review, supplier inquiry
? Prepare the design documents drawings and submit.
? Set up and maintain standard buyout product information database
? Supplier manufacture progress monitoring
? Buyout supplier management, including ASL application
? Assist the Contract Admin on the contract administration, such as payment, shipment and payment collection.
? Achieve customer satisfaction on the responsible project implementation.
? Perform other job assigned by team leader

SCOPE

? Handle standard buyout order, especially for accessory for Liquid and Combustion analyzers

JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, manage stress and work both independent and in a team work
? Strong customer-service attitude and commit to provide high-quality work
? Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office tools
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Chemical industry, instrumentation
? Basic knowledge of Petrochemical, industrial field instrument, process controls etc.
? Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese skills
? Good understand of on-line analyzer product s is preferred
