Job Title: CNAS Depot Repair & Calibration Engineer
Division/Department: LSC
Reports To (Position): CNAS Calibration Lab Supervisor
Job Summary/Purpose: To improve the service level of Pipette & LH business in, we are looking for a CNAS Depot Repair & Calibration Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
-Refurbish and Repair pipette which returned from customers, includes warranty repair, billable repair and contract service.
-Cooperate with Global Pipette service team and LPE Marketing team for solution, e.g. depot process, repair manuals/standards, quality issues reporting.
-Responsible for the calibration and repair tasks assigned by CNAS Calibration Lab Supervisor in fixed time with good quality, effective, finish inspection report, depot repair report and other documents.
-Study specialty technology intensively and improve service capability continuously, set up long term career development plan
-Summarize the difficulties and problems during routine work in time, and prepare corresponding document for it, weekly and monthly report.
-Pass the “Certified Metrology Engineer” test in one year
General Functions:
-Carry out other duties as directed by the CNAS Calibration Lab Supervisor
- Assist field team and sales team for business improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in physics, Chemistry or related subject
- 3 years working experience is must, foreign company working experience is preferred
- Experience of providing support for service operation.
- Language: English lever 4 is the basic requirement.
-“Certified Metrology Engineer” preferred
