职位描述

  • Assist Facility Manager to provide daily operations to client and ensure that the service delivery and contractual obligations are delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieves customer satisfaction.

  • Establish and maintain good relations and effective communications with customers and team members.

  • Be responsible for managing FM related vendors to delivery satisfied service to client and FM team.

  • Cooperate and support the company’s objective of obtaining and maintaining the recognized QUALITY system.

  • Under general supervision maintain assigned segments of the finance system for the respective country; ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables and payables.

  • Establish and maintain filing system for correspondence, contracts, vendors and administrative documents.

  • Monitor and report monthly spending against budget to the site management team

  • Ensure all operations or project activities comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.

  • To be responsible for facility system trouble shooting, repair, annual power shut down

  • Manage contractors and ensure facility maintenance and construction projects could be accomplished on time and with high quality

  • Liaison with external source including landlord, building management office and authorities on facility management

  • Assist Facility Manager to develop and implement maintenance plan and standard operation procedure, take continuous improvement.

  • Support activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.

  • Take on the responsibilities of the Facility Manager in his/her absence.

  • Be flexibly responsive to any ad hoc duties or other duties that may be assigned.

  • Take up company assignments to work in China or overseas, when necessary.

  • Be able to handle other assignments or duties assigned by Facility manager.

  • 任职要求:

  • Diploma in business administration or related

  • Minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a facility management.

  • Preferably have some experience in planning and maintenance program methodology covering equipment such as but not limited to UPS, Air-conditioning, lighting, power generators, etc.

  • Must have practical knowledge in procurement, contract administration, regulatory/governmental codes and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and consultation skills

  • Must possess supervisory skill,

  • Must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and exhibit a superior customer service attitude.

  • Superior oral and written communication skills required- both Mandarin and English.

  • Software competency in Microsoft Office.

  • Preferable Technical back ground.
