Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the process modification, including preliminary process flow design and
HAZOP Review meeting's organization
2.Follow up the production status (effectiveness and product quality) after new process
modification;
3.Establish or modify related procedures and working instructions according to the new
process modification, provide process updating training for operators.
4.Responsible for Work Trial, including issuing WTA report; follow up the whole process
of work trial, summary work trial result and issue work trial report.
5.Process support for equipment/instrument/project modification.
6.Provide process operation data for the new equipment / instrument selection, and
calculate related process data (heat & mass balance, heat transfer, pump and piping
calculation etc); check and confirm the material, structure of equipments and their
operation from process aspect.
7.Establish testing procedure or method for equipment adjustment and changing to
ensure timely and effective adjustment.
8.Prepare process related reports according to the requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, major in Chemical process or related.
At least 2 years'related experience in chemical process.
Ability of analyzing and problem solving.
Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
Good English ability (oral and writing)
Good computer software skills.
